Damaged items

We do not accept returns. Exchanges for damaged items are handled case by case, from available collections. Contact us immediately after delivery. The damaged piece must be returned and received within five days of your delivery date.

Return the piece with original packaging and tags, packed carefully and shipped with tracking. An exchange must be for a piece of equal or higher value. The replacement ships free, and the original purchase’s discounts are honored. Store credit may also be offered.

United States shipping

Standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States is $9.95 for the first piece plus $2 for each additional piece in the same order. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations require a shipping quote. Contact us for expedited delivery. Made-to-order pieces may take four to six weeks.

International shipping

International shipping costs depend on the destination and shipping method. Contact us for details. Customs processing times vary; import duties, levies and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
